I am Ethan — solo founder. I build Ashright as a tech company for the long term — software now, hardware when the software proves it, not an agency.
My current focus is PalletWise: warehouse logic, pallet planning, simulation, and operational learning.
The deeper direction is digital models of real work — systems that show how operations happen and how they can improve.
Principles
- Build first — Ship before narrate.

- Make work clearer — Software should clarify operations.
- Keep humans responsible — Tools support judgment; they do not replace it.
